    lunch tote cute. do not expect to keep your lunch cold. It 'really just a cute tote with a minimum insulation characteristics.

    I bought this bag two months ago, it has both handle and shoulder strap, can keep food cold, and is super cute. BR / I used 5 days a week since I received today and a piece of plastic that connects one part of the shoulder is completely turned off as I left my bag. This resulted in a broken container and a hole in the bottom of the bag. I'm really disappointed! I use glass containers to store food so I guess maybe it's too heavy (compared to plastic). Br / br / As forthe other criteria on my list, the food was generally cold in the bag until lunch, although we can not say things were "cold." and I got comments on how cute is.br bag / br / Basically this bag would be a 4.5 if not for the belt route and the resulting hole in the bag because now it will only meet two quarters of my criteria .
